FINE Clinic London – Refund, Cancellation & Clinic Policy

We are committed to providing exceptional care and service to all our patients.

This policy ensures transparency and fairness for both our patients and our clinic.
1. Package
● Packages must be paid in one instalment.Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
● Packages cannot be shared or transferred between patients.
● If you choose to stop your package at any time:
● Treatments already taken will be charged at the full individual treatment price.
● Any remaining balance may be refunded or issued as clinic credit.
2. Lateness
● We always aim to provide patients with their full treatment time;
however, if you arrive late, your treatment will still finish at the allocated time and will be charged in full.
● Lateness can affect other patients’ appointments and disrupt clinic operations,
so we ask that you arrive on time.
3. Cancellation &
Change of Appointment
● We operate a 48-hour (working days) cancellation and rescheduling policy.
● Failure to provide the required notice will result in your deposit
or a treatment from your package being redeemed in full.
4. Refunds
4.1 Before Treatment Starts
● If you cancel before your first treatment session,
10% of the agreed treatment fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
● For prepaid packages, refunds will be calculated
after deducting the value of any sessions already taken at our standard (non-discounted) price.

4.2 After Treatment Has Started
● Refunds will be calculated by deducting:The cost of sessions already taken at the standard (non-discounted) price;
and an additional 10% of the total agreed treatment fee as an administrative charge.

4.3 Products
● Refunds are not available for products that have been opened or used,
except in the event of a proven adverse reaction.

4.4 Consultations
● Consultation fees with our medical professionals or skin therapists are non-redeemable against treatments.

4.5 Prescription Creams
● Refunds are not available for bespoke prescription creams.
5. Special Treatment Terms
5.1 Packages or Promotional Treatments
● Refunds are based on the regular (non-discounted) price for any sessions already taken.

5.2 Injectables & Minor Aesthetic Procedures
● No refunds are available for dissatisfaction with results, perceived lack of effect,
or mild side effects/allergic reactions.In the event of a serious adverse reaction,
additional treatment support will be provided until recovery.

5.3 Laser Treatments
● In the event of a serious adverse reaction following laser treatment,
additional treatment support will be provided until recovery.
6. Limitations of Liability
● Except where medical negligence is proven,
FINE Clinic London will not be held civilly or criminally liable for issues arising after treatment.
● In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution
through the relevant UK medical dispute resolution process before pursuing further action.
7.⁠ ⁠Complaints Policy
● We welcome feedback and will address any concerns promptly, honestly, and thoroughly.
● Written complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working days.
● We aim to provide a written outcome within 20 working days.
● If more time is required, you will be informed in writing.
